About three hundred co-op members attend our Winter Workshops Conference and AGM each year. This is a unique opportunity to learn about all aspects of a housing co-op’s operations while networking with new and old friends in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Several workshops and our AGM are made available in a hybrid format for those who are unable to travel but still wish to take advantage of the high-quality education offered.
Workshops are offered in both half-day and full day formats covering several core issues that affect housing co-ops including governance training, updates to legislation and regulations, training for maintenance and member selection committees, and many more topics. Presented by experts, including lawyers, accountants, and specially trained facilitators, this is a learning opportunity that you do not want to miss as they continue to deliver the high-quality instruction that our members have come to expect. Dinner and entertainment follow at a reasonable cost.
Registration for the workshops includes a light breakfast, full lunch, and snacks throughout the day as well as access to our vendor expo where you will be able to meet with about 30 of our sector partners and vendors. Free admission to our AGM is also included with your registration to the conference. A dinner and entertainment follow at a reasonable cost.
